Layaway Policy and Requirements

  • A minimum of a $200 down payment is required to start your layaway order.

  • After the initial deposit, you may make payments whenever you choose.

  • Payments may be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your budget.

  • At least one payment per month is required to keep the plan active.

  • Minimum ongoing payment amount: $200 per payment.

  • Layaway orders must be fully paid within 3 months of creation.

We will email payment invoices for each installment and keep you updated on your balance.

Production and Shipping Schedule

Custom orders begin processing once 100% of the order is paid.

Once your doll is fully paid off production will start and then will ship out upon completion.

Cancellation Terms

Layaway orders may be cancelled; however, they are subject to a non-refundable 30% cancellation fee (minimum $100) due to manufacturer processing, administration, and model reservation costs.
