HOW TO TAKE CARE OF A SEX DOLL
Product Care Guidelines - TPE Dolls
Our dolls are made of the new industry standard: high grade TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) layered over epoxy resins and stainless steel skeleton. All materials are safe and in compliance with national health and safety standards.
Although the materials used and the skeleton technology allow the model to pose in virtually any position, we recommend that you do leave your doll at these extreme positions for extended periods of time. After all, she also deserves some good rest. TPE material very flexible, durable and easy to clean but it is best to take a good care of your doll and store it in its original position, with hands pointed downward, when not in use. Be gentle and avoid sharp objects.
Some clothing materials may have tendency to stain your doll's skin surface. Please use quality materials and test before using. Contact our customer service if in doubt. Any staining or discoloration caused by external factors, including direct sunlight, are not covered by warranty.
To clean your doll, i.a. to remove naturally occurring dust and dirt, we recommend using regular washing soap, dish washer or foam bath. Clean your doll gently with soft cloth or hand and be careful not to scratch the surface with your finger nails. After washing the doll, let it dry and apply some baby powder or corn starch powder. We strongly recommend cleaning your doll on regular basis. Pressure marks or stretch marks can be easily fixed by applying warm towel.
If you were to notice any cuts or signs of tear, use TPE glue to seal. Clean the area with makeup remover before gluing. Wait half an hour.

About the TPE sex doll material
TPE material is soft and flexible so the product's shape may change during packing and transportation. In such a case, apply a warm towel or use soft setting on the air dryer while waving the dryer. The shape will recover very shortly. In case of allergies to any rubber products, please wear protection prior to use. The products has undergone rigorous testing and temperature treatments and is safe for body contact.

Advanced Product Care Tips
Inspect and clean the product thoroughly once or twice per month for best maintenance. Use warm or cold water washing. Do not use hot water. Use soap suds or diluted soap water for cleaning. Do not use alcohol, disinfectors, and acid based cleaners. If storing for over several days, it is advisable to put baby powder on the surface of the product to protect from dust and maintain dryness. Try not to put dark clothes on your doll and don't leave them on overnight. TPE stains easily. There are stain removal products though if you need to clean your doll skin. The good news is the TPE will get rid of the stain by itself with time, but it's a lot faster if you do not stain it in the first place.
Only use natural mineral oil for caring the doll. Rub it in, let it dry, powder with cornstarch. Do not use alcohol or any other chemicals if you do not know/understand 100% how they will react with TPE. Products made for silicone dolls do not suit TPE, and vice versa.
Wash your doll with mild soap or plain water only (keeping feet and neck sealed), let it dry, apply some baby oil (mineral oil), powder the oil has dried. That's it. Once a month should be a decent interval for the procedure.
One more thing: use plain Vaseline on the parts that have to stretch (elbows, groin, vagina, anal, knees, shoulders etc) Use it instead of the baby oil in those parts. It will take a lot longer to dry, but it will keep the doll flexible and provide a long lifespan.
Repair
In case of cuts or breaks, clean the cut first and dry it. Then apply TPE glue as needed.
General Notes
Avoid scratching any part of the product. Product can withstand up to 330lbs or 150kg of weight pressure. Keep in dry, cool environment. Avoid direct sunlight and humidity for extended periods of time. Avoid leaving colored garments on the product for extended periods of time. Product is designed according to human anatomy. Bend, move, and positions gently.

Payment plans
We offer PayPal Credit as a default payment plan solution. Other than custom dolls where split payment is always possible, to be able to fulfill your order quickly we need to receive the full payment at once. But you can use PayPal Credit to receive up to 6 months Zero Interest credit to pay for our ready to ship dolls (Subject to approval). This is a great, discreet and private way to credit your purchase.

We currently use our PayPal Pro secure gateway - you DON'T NEED a PayPal account to use however in order to pay directly with a card please contact our sales team - we will send you a secure link.
Delivery Options
Most doll models are made in and shipped from China. However we do stock some dolls locally and can also arrange to ship your doll from a US location.
You can also arrange to have the doll shipped to your local FedEx or UPS store and pick it up from there.
